It's been a reasonably busy monh for me. While I've only gone 400 miles since I fixed the scooter it's done some pretty good trips. A couple of 50 milers and yesterday I took it on a 73 mile ride, not bad for a low budget Chinese scooter. It doesn't seem to be any the worse for the wear after its valve spring breakage experience. I've been keeping it below 45 mph now and plotting ways to lower the rpm it runs at in future modifications. It's crossed 1600 miles and 2000 is on the horizon. Not alot I know, but it only gets used for short hauls with the occasional longer run. There's a rally 150 miles away in September and if the scoot continues to perform well I might consider riding there. 300 miles round trip on a cheap Chinese scooter, gotta think about that.
