Does my Genuine Buddy 150 scooter have a dash and tail light?

I have had my '08 Genuine Buddy scooter for a long time, but it's been in storage, and I can't recall if it has a tail light or a dash light. My brake light and head light work fine, as well as my blinkers, including the blinker lights on the dash. but the rest of the dash is dark, and there is no constant tail light. Thank you, Andy
Answer: Yes, Andy, your Genuine Buddy scooter would definitely need to have a taillight for highway safety and the dash (speedometer/gas gauge) should light up when the engine is running too. That's how my Buddy works anyway.
