Are Kymco People parts for a 2006 model pretty much the same as a 2009 model?

Hi... first off I would like to say thank you for all the help. I'm going to buy a Kymco... would parts for a 2006 people 250cc be hard to find or labor? Are they hard to work on...
IS IT GOING TO BE FOR THE MOST PART THE SAME AS A 2009?
