Why won't my scooter start at the beginning of each day?

I have a 2008 Eagle 150 BO8... When I try to start it for the first time of the day it drains the battery dead before it will start.
But once it starts for the first time, it fires right up all day long even if I let it sit for a few hours. The next morning it won't start again.
