Why does my scooter sound like it is something in the spokes when I ride?

The sound just started today. When the bike is still it sounds normal, when I reach 10 miles an hour it sounds like someone put paper in my spokes... like a rattle.
Consistent sound with speed. I drive a Velocity 2008 150cc scooter... Thanks so much!
