What Do You Think of the Baccio Runner 150 Scooter?

by Pete
(Florida)

I'm thinking of buying a Baccio Runner scooter and I'm looking for information about the Baccio Runner 150. Has anyone here had any experience with this scooter that would help me make a decision?

Thanks!

LOVE THEM
by: Anonymous

I had a Baccio 50 and I loved it so much that I upgraded to a brand new off the showroom Baccio 150 and I love it so much that right now I want to cry because someone borrowed it to run an errand for me. I just want my bike back home. I don't know what model mine is but it looks like a motorcycle not at all like a scooter. My fiance bought the turbo one and he would have loved it had the guy who sold it to us not been a bone head and screwed it up before hand.

STEER CLEAR!!

Stay far away from Baccio's. They are nothing but problems from the very start. From electronic (lighting) problems, to an exhaust gasket failing with less than 1800 miles on the bike.

Tank Urban Sporty

I just looked at a picture of it and it looks like the many incarnations of the Tank Sporty. Green Earth Scooters is selling one now for very cheap if you're buying online.

Battery Tender Junior in package

A battery tender like the Battery Tender Jr. can make all the difference in whether your scooter will start right up each spring, after being stored for months.

Just about every scooter owner needs to have a battery tender, sometimes called a trickle charger. Unless you are lucky enough to live in a climate where you can ride all year long, chances are your scooter will be put on ice, figuratively-speaking, for at least a couple months every winter.

One of the key steps in winterizing a scooter is to protect your battery from draining during its "rest" period. This can – and will – happen if you leave your battery sitting untended in your cold scooter over the winter, even if it's in a garage or shed.

Wondering why your scooter question never got posted?

Chances are, there is a good reason. Did you...

If you "checked yes" on any of the points above, then I've deleted your post. Sorry, but I have standards. Feel free to re-submit, following the instructions I have everywhere on the site.
