Is there a conversion kit to take an Eton matrix scooter to a Beamer R4 scooter?

I have an Eton Matrix scooter 2008 with a stock 49.3 cc 2 stroke engine. I would like to to get the speed up to at least 45-50mph.
The Beamer R4 looks like the same bike with a 150cc motor. Is there a conversion kit available?
Is it safe with this conversion? In terms of adequate breaking and chassis strength? Any idea as to the cost of such a conversion?
The local traffic on the main highway is 45 to 55mph and I just want to be able to merge and keep abreast of the traffic.

Yes, I have been noticeably absent from the site the past few months. I recently lost my mother to a long battle with COPD and was subsequently plagued with a bunch of minor health problems. But I'm better now & back full swing.
