How can I fix my steering to stop it pulling to one side?

I ran my scooter into a curb and laid it down in the process. Now it seems to pull to one side when I ride it. It feels like the handle bars are not in line with the front wheel, I have to pull to one side to make it drive straight.
What parts could be broken or is it something that can just be adjusted?
