Can anyone tell me why my 2008 150cc JMStar scooter won't start?

I have a 2008 JMStar scooter 150cc that is not getting fuel to the intake. I have fuel up to this point but no further.
This scooter has always started easily until now. I could ride it 26 miles to work then after work it took 30 sec. to start, a couple days later it took 2-3 minutes then 3-5 now it won't start at all. Any ideas?

Yes, I have been noticeably absent from the site the past few months. I recently lost my mother to a long battle with COPD and was subsequently plagued with a bunch of minor health problems. But I'm better now & back full swing.
