Can anyone tell me the model of a Scooter based solely on a VIN?

I have a report that describes a Scooter generically as a "Gray GMI Scooter". The report also shows the VIN for the scooter: 1XKS131395S130797. I am trying to take that limited information and convert it to a specific product, year, engine size, top speed, etc.

Am I on a fools errand? Anyone out there with a means of doing this? Thanks

If you're certain what you're looking at is a scooter, this list will give you the country of origin.

That VIN converts to a Cummins diesel truck. I acquired a VIN decoder a year ago. Type in a VIN number and it will tell you everything it has as long as the number agrees with the database.

Pronto VIN Decoder website

Type in your VIN number there and you'll see what I mean.
